Otelo a not-for profit Telecommunications Ombudsman Service, is a dispute resolution service, set up to sort out disagreements between member companies and their customers. Otelo ‘s dispute resolution services are approved and authorised by the industry’s regulator (Ofcom).
In the unlikely event that you are having problems in sorting out a complaint with Cyta UK, Otelo may be able to help. Otelo investigates complaints fairly and listens to both sides of the story and looks at the facts. The service is free and independent.
If your complaint is justified, the Ombudsman will consider whether Cyta UK must take any action to put things right for you.
