BusinessConnect
BusinessConnect makes available the provision of MPLS connections via CytaWorld.Net for voice, video and data applications, utilizing a common telecommunications infrastructure while maintaining the dedicated use and security of a private network. The platform allows the provision of network-based VPNs as well as ATM and Frame Relay end-to-end connections, to business customers. Network–based VPNs are combined with Class of Service (Gold: real-time, Silver: guaranteed latency, Bronze: best effort) which provides differentiated types of service so that delay-sensitive traffic and non-delay sensitive traffic are separated and treated differently.

NetGuard offers back-up connection to the global internet. The product is based on a burstable IP port using a 95th percentile algorithm, whereby Service Providers are guaranteed maximum access capacity for a very low fixed monthly subscription. Service Providers can use this connection as a burstable IP port up to the maximum committed access capacity and charges depend on the usage throughout each specific month.
