1. Definition of the Service
cyta.talk Service is defined as the telephony service provided to Cyta UK 's customers using the method of Carrier Pre-Selection. It includes telephony Services to fixed and mobile numbers within the UK and to International Destinations. It also includes access to Non Geographic Numbers. The Service includes voice calls only. The Service is currently offered to residential customers only, through 3 packages, the basic features of each one of them are described below.
2. cyta.talk Packages
Package 1:
• Calls to fixed line anywhere within the UK during the evening and weekends (as these are defined by BT) are charged for 5,5p per call for the first hour of the call only; a charge of 1p per minute will apply thereafter.
• Calls to fixed line to Cyprus during the evening and weekends (as these are defined by BT) are charged for 10p per call for the first hour only; a charge of 1p per minute (incl. VAT) will apply thereafter.
• Calls to fixed line anywhere in the UK and to Cyprus at any other time are charged at 3p per minute.
Package 2:
• Calls to fixed line anywhere within the UK and to Cyprus during the evening and weekends (as these are defined by BT) are free for the first hour of the call only; a charge of 1p per minute will apply thereafter.
• Calls to fixed line anywhere in the UK and to Cyprus at any other time are charged at 3p per minute.
• A six sterling pounds monthly charge (6 GBP) applies.
Package 3:
• Calls to fixed line anywhere within the UK and to Cyprus at all times are free for the first hour of the call only; a charge of 1p per minute (incl. VAT) will apply thereafter.
• A fifteen sterling pounds monthly charge (15 GBP) applies.
MoreMobile Add-On:
• 50% Discount for all calls to Cyprus Mobiles, at all times.
• A 1,99 sterling pounds monthly charge applies.
Calls to Local or National rate non-geographic numbers (e.g. 0845, 0870), the Channel Islands, international numbers, mobiles and to the ordinary geographic numbers of Internet Service Providers (list available on http://www.bt.com/Choices/isp_excl.jsp?) will be charged at the appropriate CYTA UK rates which are published from time to time.
A minimum charge of 5p per call applies to all local and national calls except those that are free or have a fixed price for the first hour.
CYTA UK reserves the right to withdraw the cyta.talk packages from a customer whose use of this service, in CYTA UK's opinion, either risks degradation of service levels to other customers, or puts CYTA UK's network at risk, or is for purposes that are not reasonably expected of a residential customer.
3. Use of service
cyta.talk service is explicitly offered for residential usage only. CYTA UK packages are not applicable to some lines and services, e.g. non-BT lines, Information and Paging services, Directory Enquiries (all numbers starting 118, 195). The Customer undertakes to use the Service in accordance with such conditions as may be notified in writing to the Customer by CYTA UK and amended by Cyta UK from time to time.
The Customer undertakes not to use the Service :
i) as a means of communication for a purpose other than that for which the Service is provided or as may be set out from time to time in CYTA UK's ‘Terms and Conditions for the provision of customer pre selection service' and ‘cyta.talk Terms and Conditions'.
ii) for the transmission of any material which is or is intended to be hoax call to emergency services or is of a defamatory, offensive abusive obscene or menacing character or
iii) in a manner which constitutes a violation or infringement of the rights of any other party
iv)The customer shall indemnify cyta.talk against all liabilities, claims damages losses and expenses arising from or in any way connected with any use prescribed in this Condition
CYTA UK 's standard ‘Terms and conditions for the provision of customer pre selection service' apply. Prices are VAT inclusive, correct at time of printing. Nothing in this publication forms part of any contract.

4. Distance Selling Regulations:
Cyta UK customer has a statutory right to cancel his contract(s) with Cyta UK free of charge. This right will be explained to the customer (in full) at the placement of the order. The customer should be aware, however, that if during the requisite cancellation period, Cyta UK supplies the service(s) to him with his agreement, the customer will then lose his right to cancel free of charge.
