Cyta UK is a participating company of the Ombudsman Services

The Ombudsman Services, is a dispute resolution service, set up to sort out disagreements between participating companies and their customers. The Ombudsman dispute resolution services are approved and authorised by the industry’s regulator (Ofcom).

In the unlikely event that you are having problems in sorting out a complaint with Cyta UK, the Ombudsman Services may be able to help. The Ombudsman investigates complaints fairly and listens to both sides of the story and looks at the facts. The service is free and independent.

If your complaint is justified, the Ombudsman will consider whether Cyta UK must take any action to put things right for you.
